The after party
HAHA! I AM BACK!!!
Here's what happened.
Went with friend (N) to get our clothes and stuff. Bumped into 3 friends at the same shop! They were also going for the after party but they were going to another club, Eve, cuz apparently 7 was fully booked.
Couldn't get our shoes cuz the shops closed. Rushed back to bathe and went to N's room to put make up. When Guy (it's his real name) called, i said "my phone going to no batt alr" then the batt went flat. Great. My phone's dead at such a time. Plus N's phone's screen, out of all days, was white the whole time so she changed to her lao pok black n white Nokia phone which has absolutely no contacts from Melb at all. Double great. What makes it triple great is that just when we wanted to leave the hostel, it suddenly rained. "Must be an omen", N said. Oh ya. And Guy's phone no more credit. We had become uncontactable.
We met Guy in the rain and got in a cab. Along the way, he asked if we brought our passports. We didn't. So we had to go all the way back to the hostel. When we finally reached 7, there was a SUPER long queue. So we stood in the line, in the rain. Great x4. Even if book table already still have to wait. A lot of things happened during that 2 hours plus of waiting, which made us both pissed and drenched and cold and dying of second hand smoke, so finally we went to Eve, which had no queue at all and we managed to get in without booking a table. Inside was decorated with all the halloween stuff, and i stole some candies. LOL. Free one la.
Inside was pretty packed, partly cuz it was a pretty small place. The dance floor was kinda small. Guy ordered shots for us. Apparently one shot wasn't enough. We asked for more. We could only afford 4 shots cuz the rest of the money was in our bags, which was at the counter. 4 shots and still not high enough! N wasn't even dancing, just bobbing here and there. I saw some friends there, which was a pleasant surprise, seeing that the majority went to 7.
Dance until sweat man. Can't believe it. Been AGES since i really sweated!
Went back hostel, took many pics along the way back. I think the faggot indian driver thought i was drunk cuz he gave me $25 change when it was supposed to be $35. Lucky i was sane enough to demand my rightful $10, which he gave, of course. My voice sounds different now, haha. Shout too much.
We decided to act drunk to scare our hostel mate, S! She was so scared, she locked her door! HAHAHA! Finally she opened cuz i went back to my sane mode xD We chatted for a while before heading off to N's room to give S some peace and quiet. Got bored so went back to my room. Bumped into the guys who went to 7. We chatted for awhile before more guys who went to 7 joined in. They said the girls who went with them were more high than them! Man, i should've joined them... STUPID PHONE HAD TO GO FLAT TODAY OF ALL BLOODY DAYS.
Nevertheless, it still was a memorable experience. I wanna go again!!

The Rolling Cone will be touring Melbourne throughout the month of October before making it’s way back to Sydney in November to dollop up our finest chunks & swirls to the eagerly awaiting Sydneysiders.

And they are giving away free ice cream!!!
But i missed it.
On Monday, my english classmate (Angeline) said that Ben & Jerry's were giving out free ice cream at Melb Uni! All the Singaporeans were so excited! But when i told my M'sian friends, they were like "what's that?" lol.
So after class, one bunch of us went to the place where B&J were giving out FREE ice cream. Just when we saw the truck and i screamed, the colourful van began to move... away from us! I was like "NO! WAIT!!" and ran after it. But in the end, it still got away. So we didn't get our free ice cream. And my m'sian friends still don't know what the fuss was about.
But nevermind that, i just found out that 7-11 is giving out FREE SLURPEES on 7 Nov!! We just have to wear any slurpee or 7-11 colour and say "Happy 7-11 day!" and the slurpee is ours! CAN'T WAIT!

It's so sad that many of my friends will be either leaving for their home country on the last day of their exam, or 1 day after. That means we don't have time to spend with each other!
As the exams are just around the driveway, everyone's starting to buck up and study... but i've not started on any of my subjects!!!
I have a BLOODY 1300 word Media n Comm essay due on 5 Nov (!@#^%$#@! haven't come up with a bloody thesis yet!!)
And my exams start on 17 Nov!! Gahhhh~
Nevertheless, Halloween is a great excuse for neglecting much needed study xD
Oh yes. For our very last drama performance, i will be acting as a lesbo hero. So much for coming up with that idea.

Update of my life in Melbourne:
I AM HAVING NO LIFE NOW.
THE ONLY LIFE I'M HAVING IS PREPARING FOR A FREAKIN 12 MIN SOLO PRESENTATION ON THE LEGALISATION OF EUTHANASIA.
I am so screwed.
Well, on a lightner (or brighter) note, Halloween is coming!!! I'm gonna be dressed as a zombie and be parading the streets of Melbourne! Totally can't wait!!
I miss kbox too!!!
I'm not going for the prom because i don't want this memory to overcloud (overshadow, wadever) my sec sch prom, however cheapskate it was. It was still a memorable prom for me, and i have no regrets.
