2nd day of christmas

I know Christmas is over, but this song never gets boring =)

What's a partridge? What's a pear tree?
I dunno so please don't ask me.
But i can bet those are terrible gifts to get!

Dinner and stuff

Today's meeting at Marina Square was filled with many different emotions.

In the beginning, it was all fun and laughter. Ate at Seoul Garden. Super ex, i tell u. NEVER going there EVER AGAIN. Sujia was laughing at almost every thing i said. Something is wrong with u gal!! Poor Stick Person was busy gorging herself with food. While waiting for her to be satisfied with what she's eaten, some went to shop while the others entertained themselves with Ying Quan's hp game. Very fun leh! Haha! I got the best improvement award okay!

After that i told SJ something then she got quite sad and stuff. Affected me too.
Thanks to YQ and Guan Yi for giving advice and stuff.

All the stuffstuffstuff is making me stressed and sad and happy and... stuff.

I got quite excited when i heard about Anna's plans for next year. Shared with her part of my stuff too. Hope is there! I might not be alone anymore!
And yes, Chia Miang is very cute!

Took the bus home with GY. Shared quite a lot of stuff with him till my bus stop. Realised he's a nice guy. Yes. He's a nice guy when he's not goofing around okay. And all the gossip about him isn't true, SJ!

Thanks to Min Wei for organising this gathering =)

Well, that's all for now. You can see pics of yesterday at Yi Ren's blog.

So tired~~~~ And i need to wake up early for tmr's carolling. Can't wait!!

Letting go

You used to walk with me like we had no where we needed to go
Nice and slow, to no place in particular

We used to have this under control, we never thought we used to know
At least there's you and at least there's me
Can we get this back? Can we get this back to how it used to be?

I used to listen, you always had the just right thing to say
I used to follow you, never really cared where we would go
Fast or slow, to anywhere at all

You used to talk to me like i was the only one around
The only one around....

But now I’m letting you go
It’s the right thing for me to do

Though it hurts me so

It’s so hard I know…
I have to let you go…

Pre christmas celebration

Today was fun!

Went to Yi Ren's house to have a pre christmas celebration!

CT, Rachel, Lyn were there as well.
We were so grateful to Fartcinnamon who bought loads of food for us.

Took a few photos, then CT and Rachel simply HAD to leave due to some RIDDICULOUS reason. Utterly RIDDICULOUS, i must say.

Then me and lyn went to watch YR's drama vid. Not bad, not bad :) That gave me a few ideas... heheh.

This week will be a busy week. I'm gonna be meeting the Korea trip people for dinner tmr!

PS I never expected anything.. so THANKS FOR THE PRESENTS :). I mean it.

you left me no choice, but to let you go. i'm heartbroken.

Taiwan pics

Am currently uploading the Taiwan pics to Facebook. Super troublesome. Super tiring. Super tedious.

Yes!!! Finally finished uploading!!! Ahhhh *heaves a sigh of relief*. At laaaaastttt XDXDXD

Actually i wanted to load them here but there were too many, even though i left out almost half of the stack. In the end i only uploaded 1/3 to Facebook.

U can see my new fringe. At first i kept complaining then slowly i got used to it. Now i think it's much nicer than the old one. The old one clump one. All lump together. Gross.

Been hanging around at home these few days. Mostly sleeping. Wake up then eat then sleep. Reminds me of an animal. It's kinda ironic actually. I act like IT but don't look like IT. Get IT?? LOL lame, i know.

Oh ya, the link! I almost forgot: Taiwan and Taiwan cont.

PS! STEPHENIE SUN took the same flight as me to Taiwan!! XDXD Unfortunately i didn't see her. It was my mother who spotted her AGAIN. Twice in a year already lah! Lucky woman.
Then my mother spotted GURMIT SINGH at Changi. I saw him too! She really has an eye for spotting these things. I take my hat off to her.

Thank you

I heard this from someone not too long ago that she admitted she took her loved ones for granted.
I bet we have too.

When was the last time u appreciated what someone had done for u, no matter how insignificant it is?
We should start appreciating even the smallest things that people have done for us. Does it hurt to say "thanks"?
Have you thanked your parents for raising you up? I'm going to do that when i see them tomorrow.
Have you thanked your siblings for being your siblings, no matter how irritating they get sometimes? I'm going to do that when i see mine tomorrow.
For those of you whose grandparents are still around, thank them for nagging at you sometimes, because you know they mean well. Thank them before it's too late. I already did.
For those who have maids, thank them for cooking your meals everyday, for ironing your clothes, for cleaning the house, even though they get paid. I'm gonna thank mine before i leave for Taiwan tomorrow.
Have you ever thanked your friends for being your friends? I missed thanksgiving, so i'm going to thank them now. For those of you who are reading this, i thank you for being my friend.

Give thanks, before it's too late. Don't wait for thanksgiving. It's too far away.

Korea trip

I'm going to Taiwan tmr!!

Okay so i figured i wouldn't be able to blog about the Korea trip after i come back from Taiwan. So here's just a summarized summary of what we went through there;

Day 1: Dialogue session with boss of BK Dongyang plastic surgery clinic at clinic itself. Then they gave us a tour of the place. So freaky. I'm not gonna have plastic surgery. Ever.... Unless i get into an accident and my face gets disfigured.. Or i got mauled by a bear or something with long claws.

Day 2: Interacted with Korean SAGE competitors. There's a stark difference between their presentation and Ying Quan's presentation. Ying Quan sounded more pro. Lol.
Then visited Gyeongbok Palace! National Folk Museum and Seoul Tower! Argh i'm regretting i didn't bring my cam there...

Day 3: Dialogue session with SIA's GM. Was struggling to keep myself awake. Then ended up dozing off... Didn't get anything he said into my head..
Then visited NCSoft! So cool luh! So sad no pics...
After that went to KOTRA. The american guy was very good. I learnt the most there. Even Mr Ho agrees!

Day 4: DMZ and JSA tour! What an enticing experience! Or issit enriching? Ok i think i used the word wrongly. But u get what i mean... right?
The guards were super intimidating i tell u. Again, all the pics with me inside are in different cameras!! AARGH.
We caught a glimpse of North Korea! And a few hot guys *wink*wink* eh, Jie Si! XD OH YA, we also stepped on NK land!! Woo! But it was in the blue cabin.. lol. But still!

Day 5: Visited Hyundai Motors and Hyundai Heavy Industries all the way in Ulsan. That place is BIG i tell u. The Hyundai premises. We saw MANY MANY cars parked near the ship. The representative told us they were waiting to be driven up into the ship to be exported to countries like ours.
Then after she left, SOMEONE joked that the cars were there cuz no business. Then ONE TEACHER said that the white sheets on the cars were there to prevent the cars from collecting dust. Hilariously mean people!

Day 6: Korea exchange. Was rather tired so didn't really concentrate on anything. Then the dialogue session made me sleepy so i slept. But it was cool to be inside something like Nasdaq, even though it's only a mock set up of the actual thing..
After that, NONGSHIM! Oooh that place made me hungry. They actually showed us the process of making instant noodles! We looked like funny nurses with the thingy on our head and shoes and we wore the white jackets. AARGH no pics... Then me and YB decided to act like doctors. So funny la she!

THERE WAS SHOPPING EVERYDAY AS WELL!

Shopped till we almost dropped. I mean, literally. We shopped at places like Insadong, Myeongdong, Namyeong (i think), Dongdaemun, Itaewon etc.

I would be down right lying if i said i didn't enjoy myself.

Okay, off to lunch now. All by myself.

New blogskin!

Yay! Finally changed blogskin! Issit nice? I'm still trying to adapt to the change.. Kinda miss the old one..
PS, the skin is done my my schoolmate! So cool huh! =D
Oh yes, i also added a song to my blog. Nice or not nice or not!

~Sometimes, i feel like i'm talking to myself. Which is kinda true, don't u think?~

Back from Korea!!

Hi guys! I'm finally back!

Boy it's glad to be home. No more freezing temperatures to tackle, no more BIBIMBAP! Lol.

But somehow, i miss that place... It's been less than 24hours since i'm back and i'm missing the Econs group already =(

5 things i learnt from the trip

1. Mr Ho acts like a kid most of the time XD
2. Korean food is... very unique.
3. My econs group is great fun to be with
4. Made new friends =D
5. Yan Bing didn't know i had a blog.

My my, i have soo much to share with u guys! But i'm leaving for Taiwan in a few days' time..
And what's a nice post about Korea without beautiful pictures?
I'll post about Korea when i receive the pics =)

Man.. i'm so tired.. Listening to Leona Lewis' songs from her new album, Spirit - Deluxe Edition, bought from Korea!

Oh ya, it actually has english lyrics. Lol.
